INZBIZ IC38 is an educational service for adults aged 18 and above preparing for the insurance-agent examination. SRI GAYATRI GRAPHICS operates the IC38 website and Android apps. This policy explains the data handled when you register, activate sponsored learning access, study, make an available purchase, or contact support.

Data we collect and why

• Account information: name, mobile number, account role, optional email address, and password authentication information. Sponsor profiles also include insurance company and any designation, branch or division you provide. We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, link sponsors and recruits, and provide support. Passwords are stored as hashes on the server.
• Sponsored access: sponsors enter recruit names, mobile numbers, optional email addresses and preferred languages to issue invitations. We record invitation and activation status, credit allocation, access dates and expiry. Sponsors should provide another person's details only with that person's permission.
• Learning activity: selected language, chapter progress, answers, scores, test attempts and completion dates. These support continued learning and progress reports. Some preferences and learning state are stored on your device; supported activity is synchronized with the service.
• Purchase records: where checkout is available, we retain order and payment references, amount, currency, payment status, credit transactions and related payment-provider responses. These enable payment verification, credit allocation, reconciliation, refunds and required records. Payment availability differs by distribution channel. Play-app checkout is currently disabled while billing integration is completed.
• Technical and security information: sign-in timestamps, service audit events and web-server request logs, which can include IP address, request path and browser information. These help operate and protect the service and troubleshoot errors. Sign-in sessions and preferences are stored on your device. Device-registration records are used for account access and security where that feature is enabled.
• Support correspondence: information you send about account access, billing, refunds, disputes or privacy requests, used to answer and resolve your request.

Who can access data

Authorized service administrators access account, access, billing and operational records to run and support IC38. Your linked sponsor can access your recruit identity, activation/access status and supported learning progress. Recruits can see the sponsor details supplied for their learning access. Other recruits do not receive your account records through these features.

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes data needed to host the service. Razorpay processes payments where its checkout is available. Its checkout may request payment and contact information and its own privacy policy applies: Razorpay Privacy Policy. IC38 does not ask you to send full card numbers, CVV or payment OTPs to our support team. Payment-provider responses retained for verification can contain payment-method and payer details.

If you choose a WhatsApp, telephone or email contact action, the selected external service handles the communication under its own policies. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or resolve payment disputes. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. The current app does not contain advertising SDKs.

Storage and security

The public service uses HTTPS for data in transit, password hashing and account-based access controls. Android sign-in storage uses the app's secure session store; web sign-in and preferences use browser storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep passwords and activation links private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Retention and your choices

Account and learning records are kept while needed to provide your account and sponsored access. You may request correction, account deletion or deletion of associated personal data at info@srichakras.in. See the prominent account deletion request page for the process and exceptions. Uninstalling the app or letting learning access expire does not delete server records.

On a verified deletion request, we remove account profile information and associated learning records that are no longer required. Limited purchase, tax, refund, dispute, security and fraud-prevention records may be retained when needed for legitimate obligations. We explain any applicable retention exception when processing your request. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement; retained copies are not used to reactivate a deleted account.

Adults and policy changes

IC38 is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. We update this policy when data practices change and show the effective date on this page.
